Country Sight in Central Mexico

---

-Aug 20 '09:

This is so surreal... a Daily Deviation!

:bulletblue: Thankyou so much to the lovely *Yukkabelle for the suggestion. Do not miss her gallery. And if you like ferrets you will looove her pictures.
:bulletblue: Also Thankyou big big to ^zerocomplex for the feature.

Thanks so much to everyone that has :+fav: this picture.

Cheers!

Note to everyone that comments this looks like a painting. This is a photograpic process called HDRi, there are a lot of detractors of this technique due to de large amount of digital post process. Basically what you do is to take the same photograph with several different exposures, then they are merged on a software called Photomatix and finally retouched, denoised and masked on Ps.

If you like it please visit the *HDR-Club were you will find a great array of examples on this technique.

One final note:

The architect that designed and built the house where I took this picture has a website:

Nicole Bisgaard

She is a very talented architect. And also she is my part time employer. There you can find some other pictures I took. I didn't took all the pictures on the site, just about a third of them.

Thankyou for your comment!

The pot was there, the HDR postprocess produces some strange light contrasts on the edges of some objects.

You know something really funny? My wife's name is Yukiko, and her mother calls her Yukka! Weird isn't it?

Thanks again!

I swear i saw those colors! They were hidden under layers of turbidity, but they were there...

Yukka is a marvelous name, and it is my nickname for years on the Internet. Ferrets people knows me as Yukka  and even when I meet them in the real life, they call me Yukka ;)

Looks like a paint xD

I love the colours, feel and framing here. Just the right hand side which be improved, or maybe cropped, because it's too white. But other than that, great work you have done here!
